Collector's Edition Statue problems

Hello every one,
I'm a proud owner of the witcher 3 collectors edition since today.
But the issue is that they delivered a broken Geralt figure to me
I spoke with amazon but they have no possability to help me because all editions are out of Stock
And I dont want to give the whole CE back because I'm a huge fan since the first witcher came out for pc in 2007.
I'm very disapointed and sad and I have no idea who can help me v.v

Should I write an E-Mail to the CD Projekt support? Maybe they can help? Even send me a replacement ?
I made some pictures of the broken statue and I hope you have not the same problem with your CE...

Definitely send them an e-mail because something similar happened to my Geralt bust from The Witcher 2: Assassin's of Kings Collector's edition, but Cd Projekt RED sent me a replacement bust shortly after I provided them with the pictures!

Man that Geralt is banged pretty badly and in no position to take on a Griffon

On a serious note I am sorry for your loss, but REDs are known for very caring customer support so you shouldn't worry about it, I remember a replacement offer from them when they released TW2, I think they will offer something similar but you should notify them.

I can understand a downgrade in the game.. but in the figure?
Who was the moron who painted the figures? They are supposed to be "hand-painted"

The lads painting those were probably hammered drunk or something, I've dabbled at miniature painting and that is a pretty atrocious job. send them to me and i could definitely correct them for ya'll

Born in 1993 here - the lord of the rings action figures that toys r us was selling (If my memory serves me right) had better shading than that of Geralt on the above attached images, which is a pity really
