Can somebody from CDPR sort this out please ,its been a week since i emailed Namco uk using the address provided by CDPR and other than an automated reply i've heard NOTHING.
i also emailed CDPR direct asking a question about something else 4 days a go and also heard NOTHING. so pointless emailing them to chase Namco up ?

so what do i do now ? the publisher is not replying nor is the game dev

I sent an email with your receipt and photos. I pointed out that probably are many who complain especially for the face of Geralt.

I "advised" them to withdraw the statues of people dissatisfied, and repainted.

That's all.

Um no!!! So sorry about the replacement statue they have, but that's THEIR problem. The status I received is NOWHERE NEAR the quality of the statue listed in the collector's edition and they need to do something about this.

ATTENTION CDPR: This is YOUR problem!!! I don't care who distributed my statue to me, it could be the King of Londinia for all I care, I purchased a game from YOU and YOU need to make this right. I will be writing a not-so-happy response to WB and if they blow me off, which I expect they will, I will be contacting CD PROJEKT RED. CD PROJEKT RED needs to make this right!!!!!!

Are you serious? I'm in the U.S. and I've been talking with WB games and as of today they said to send them my address so they could go about compensating me for the broken figure. They didn't say they were going to straight up replace it, but they did say they were going to give me "something".

I was just about to post to see how other distributors in the world where handling this. So far, WB games has appeared to be helpful, but after reading your post I'm a tad worried.

It might be different for you because your figure was actually broken. Mine is not broken, just painted horribly. I replied to this response you quoted back on Thursday and haven't heard back yet so I sent them another email this afternoon requesting an update. If I hear anything, I'll let you know.

In Italy at the time they were nice.They have turned the problem to headquarters, and look news.

It was guaranteed replacement, only that I would like to understand the terms, because I would have a statue up to the price paid.

So, not only did WB respond, they're sending me another statue?!?!? Ironically, not what I asked for.

We checked a few of our replacements and it seems like the statue we were using as a reference had the same lack of detail in the face/hair. We will be sending you a new statue with these fixed

The FedEx tracking number they gave me shows it will be delivered to my house by Monday. From the two emails I've received from them I do not have high hopes this new one will be painted any better. :(

I'll post here as soon as I receive it and let you guys know if it's as disastrously painted as the first one.

TERRIBLE customer service all around
CDPR and Namco SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES

And the second statue arrived today painted just as awfully as the first one AND missing the detachable sword. It has the griffin tail and no sword. I emailed WB and I'm sure they'll get me the sword piece eventually. I don't know what I'm going to do about the statue though. I just want reimbursement to pay someone to paint the damn thing properly. This sucks!

Namco ITA was kind and gave me a ready response.

They are waiting for a solution to the problem, but they thanked me for reporting that I did also inherent in this Topic.

I keep you updated :)

...And *still* nothing. It has been almost two weeks since I first emailed Bandai Namco UK and I've had nothing except the automated confirmation. I've sent them another email and if they fail to reply by this weekend I'll contact CDPR again. This is *extremely* disappointing.

I await news. The game has sold 4 million copies, I expect a statue worthy of the game purchased.

I hope to replace the statues of those who complain to replace them with other painted professionally.
