Still nothing from Bandai Namco UK here either. It really seems like they plan to just ignore us; this has been a *very* frustrating and disappointing experience :/Still NOTHING from Namco UK again,so that's 2 emails ignored,i also emailed them on another address i found on their site and no reply to that email either.not even an automated reply.
One thing for sure is i'l never buy anything else that Namco has had anything to do with.Very unprofessional company that don't deserve to be in business.
At least you got another statue. It's been about 2 weeks since I last heard from WB games. I think I need to send a follow up email to see what the status is on my statue. So I've gotten a couple of estimates from model painters on how much it would cost to fix my statue and both estimates were $300! Part of the problem is I guess you can't just paint over the statue as it is because of the sealant on there because the new paint basically won't stay at all so it'll take a few hours just to get the sealant off before they can even start fixing the paint.
Since I'm from the U.S. WB is the one I'm working with. They did send me a second statue (which I didn't want them to) that was painted just as horribly as the first AND it's missing the sword which WB said just use the one from the first statue! So I now have 1 1/2 awful statues and no way to fix them. So I guess I'm going to ask WB for reimbursement again to pay a painter to fix my statue.
The part that pisses me off the most, is there are nice statues out there that were sent to reviewers, etc. so we know CDPR or whatever company oversaw that has the capability to do this right and just didn't. Just look at the box the statue came in (not even counting the pics from where we purchased it or CDPR's site itself) and the statue looks NOTHING like that. I'm still so mad. It shouldn't be this hard.
CDPR needs to step up and FIX this!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for taking the time to contact Bandai Namco Entertainment UK Customer Services, apologies for the delay in getting back to you as it has been very busy.
We're currently in the process of acquiring replacement statues which we hope will be next week. In preparation can I confirm that this is your address?

PS: I'm spanish so please didn't mention my poor englishHello Marcin,
I decide to write this message because I'm very angry with the result of my Collector’s Edition and the treatment received from my distributor Bandai Namco Spain. I post several messages in this thread: http://forums.cdprojektred.com/threads/36765-Collector-s-Edition-Statue-problems showing the poor paint of the statue I have received. In first, you said this in that thread: “This doesn’t look as intended – really sorry about this. Please contact Spanish Bandai Namco branch - they should be able to help you.” and I did this and received the response of Namco saying that’s a problem of CDP...
Later, CDP says we have to send a message to Namco again. I wait a response for three weeks thinking they would give me a solution and today I receive this:
“Good morning,
Sorry for the delay in providing you an answer. After studying your case through comments and images provided, you say we will not see any flaw in your figure of the collector edition of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and that it is as it should, with no apparent difference in our figures reference and therefore no compensation applicable thereto.
A greeting”
I’m a big fan of The Witcher and CDProjekt Red. I have all the stuff related novels and games and from the same day your company announces the CE, I made my pre-reserve as I possibly could. I don’t have so much money to spend in my hobbies but I fell in love with the statue and did an effort to pay 140€. Don’t know what could be wrong on the hand-paint process but I simply claim for what I think I am entitled to claim.
If you've come this far, I thank you for reading my message. If you want to see my statue (as well as some promotional images that do not correspond with what I received) in the thread I put before, my nick is Vinyard82.
Regards,
Hear you, brother. Take it to the man. Problem is one or two complaits are not going to cost them a damn and do they really care of a few disgruntled customers complain. no, they have your money and thats it.Vinyard,
That's EXACTLY the same response I received from WB here in the U.S.!They said the pictures I sent them from Amazon.com, BuyTheWitcher, etc., and the box the statue came in!!! were only a prototype and that what we received is the best they can do. Really?!?! The picture on the box!!!! is only a prototype. Come on. This is absolutely unacceptable. WB told me just to request a refund from the company I bought the CE. I don't want a refund!!!! I want the statue I was promised upon purchase. Like you I will be contacting CDPR to see what they will do about this. This situation is absolutely unacceptable.
I'm a disabled veteran with a very limited income so when I decide to spend my money on something like this it's a huge sacrifice for me. I've only ever bought one other Collector's Edition in my entire life and that was ArenaNet's Guild Wars 2 and the statue for that is GLORIOUS! CDPR should be able to do just as well.
That's bull. I painted straight over it with acrylic paints. Worked like a charm.
Not to be disrespectful but, that comparison is bullshit, the statue of Geralt is made of polystone, hand painted and has no fixed price (collector) while this Motoko or whatever is a PVC pre-painted figure...Motoko (85 euro)

The Witcher Wild Hunt 140 euro
