Well I'm hoping that replacements can be sorted out, as happened with the Geralt busts from The Witcher 2's CE.

Dont give up hope just yet mate,,Witcher 2 CE had issues also and they made things right.
im sure(hope) over the next day or so once all the teething issues with the game are sorted somebody at CDPR will respond to those with issues.
is just a shame both of the last two released CE have problems with items not made by CDPR but outsourced by them.
God damn, the statues look good minus Geralt's fucking face. I'm a little disappointed honestly. I was hoping for a near-perfect statue like my Halo Reach one.
I believe someone from CDPR has already offered his email address in this thread. So I would suggest that's the next port of call for people who ain't happy.
Or paying/ asking someone to custom paint the figure for you
I am not in a position to be able to upload images at present, but my statue is absolutely terrible. The Griffon and base are basically one uniform colour, almost like there is only an undercoat. There is some colour, such as a bit of red on the griffons hair, but this is the exception. This also blends in with Geralts body, whose armour/clothing is the same uniform dark colour, again with a few exceptions such as a thick blob of silver on his medallion and a very poorly painted face.I am absolutely gutted with this. I work hard to support my family, and have a very limited game budget. Being a huge Witcher and Cd Projekt Red fan I decided to go with the CE based on the images I had seen in the promotional material. For the end result to stray so far from these promotional images is beyond disappointing.
My is also broken right at Geralts hip!! I bought it at gamestop do i call them or try and email cdprojectred? So frustrating!!
I have no complaints with my statue, I got a good one. However I feel bad for the people that got duds, especially considering how high the price was. I hope this get's sorted.
I understand you perfectly, as we are exactly at the same boat. I also have a limited budget for games and decided to go with CE to support CDPR and get that amazing statue showed at promotional images. I don't care about the game downgrade, as it still looking amazing for its world size, but I really care about the supposed succession of lies of CDPR. I really trusted on CDPR with my eyes blinded. Let's hope now that the guys at CDPR handles this correctly and replace these defective statues for proper painted ones. I think we deserve this.

My statue was fine, it looks great however the discs in the box were wrong (all the same files) so didnt allow me to even install the game. Thankfully I just redeemed my code and was playing in 26GB time.

This is absolutely a disgrace. The good figures went to the press months ago. They were perfect, even the face was good
The commercial figures are simply terrifying, bad painted and builded. And the face looks more like a dead body.
I'm sorry for saying this. but this can't be tolerable by people who spent such a lot of money for a Collector's Edition. Thank God I didn't bought the CE (I thought about buy it at first) and after see the pictures, I can't be more happy for my decision.

Same issue, mine was snapped at the hip right out of the box, sent an email to media@cdprojektred.com so hopefully it can be replaced

i bought my statue from Gamestop and it came broken out of the box. The tip of the sword Geralt is supposed to be holding came broken out of his hands. I could probably easily super glue it, but that's kinda besides the point.
Not sure who I should contact about this. CD projeckt red? Gamestop? the manufacture of the figure itself?
Let's hope some sort of solution can be reached.

I preordered the Collectors edition, pretty much just for the statue. As an avid collectors edition collector and statue collector, I was highly unimpressed with the painted quality of the statue. Mine looked completely different in painted quality to the advertised statue on the box and posters/other adds. Only half the griffon was painted in the solid cream colour, while the other half looked dry brushed and grey scale. The sword had just a lazy blob of red taking up 3/4 of the sword instead of the intricate blood splatters. The griffon was even missing some markings, and the wound on its back leg looked like a red blob too.
This is the first time I have ever been upset with a collectors edition statue.
I did read through the forums that a few people received the statue broken, I now know up to 5 people who experienced this and others who were also unimpressed on the painted quality.
I think if your going to advertise a HQ hand painted statue. Make sure its painted HQ too and sighted before packaging. Just throwing my 2 cents.
On a side note I have been enjoying the game. But the loading screens are horrible. I decided to be a smart ass and take on a way too powerful beast for my level, and died. I havent been able to get back into the game since. It won't load my saves. On top of it not picking up saves I did previously. So I have now lost 30 - 40 minutes of my game play and can't get back in game. I was enjoying it so much XD

Yeah, I am. And I'm still awaiting a reply from the devs. Yet, whenever I feel like complaining I see how badly others have been damaged. So can I complain?. Well of course I can, but in comparison I've been lucky. I guess.
