If you have issues with your Collector's Edition statues please email collector_items@cdprojektred.com for a more direct line to the people handling this issue.

Forums are being read by the devs but the thread could get buried under the others now and then.

Thank you, I'll be sending an email later tonight when I get home from work with pictures. I received my statue half painted, literally the entire back half is unpainted and black. I'm surprised at how little paint has actually touched this statue. The mold of the statue itself looks good though. No missing pieces, bubbles, or breaks.

Yeah you gotta be careful with the statues. It is a more solid material than any statue I had so far from a game, but on the other hand it CAN break with enough force.
The shipping company is obviously to blame, those idiots throw the packages into their trucks without care often enough, had more than one broken thing before....
Thankfully my statue is alright.

I would recommend sending the email to the CDPR support with photographic proof of course. If that doesn't work or in the meantime I would recommend finding a strong glue and trying to put it together. Might not be perfect but at least it is unique that way.

@Eliwan Every statue is hand-painted, so there are minor differences. I can see the pupils but they are tiny dots really, I can barely see them on mine.

Just got my CE today (USA), didn't realise there was assembly required, am I doing this right?



Seriously though, I've already sent my emails to CDP and UPS, hang in there guys! The crew were amazing about the Witcher 2 shipping issues.

I just send an email to collector_items@cdprojektred.com, my statue arrived broken in two at the hip and also had the same hideous paint job as those shown in this thread, hopefully CDPR will be able to fix this quickly.

So has anyone got a meaningful response from collectors_items@cdprojecktred.com? I sent my email out this night and haven't gotten anything. Not even an auto reply.

We are very sorry if your statue was defected somehow - our support team is working 24h but it will take some time for them to investigate.

The face should be this. Poor me.
However I sent an email to CDPR as reported. We hope to have improved, at least in place.

CE Statue missing a part

Hi, I have the Collectors Edition (Very impressed with it btw :thumbsup: ) but my statue is missing Geralts hair, is there any way I can obtain a replacment?

Ask the support of CDPR. A lot of people seem to have problems with their CE, probably mostly because the shipment companies are not careful enough.
In your case maybe not, but I am sure CDPR might be able to do something there.

That's the cure of having a huge statue in your package. I hope the support will not cost them too much money, after all they went a long way in having those statues hadpainted for us so they are unique.

As for the people being sad or angry about the statue having minor errors like no eyes or a different color, come on guys, it just makes them unique. My statue is a lot darker in tone than the pictures and my Geralt looks really old, but I love it.

If you mean the web based support, I have, Ive sent 2 requiests for help now, one on the 19th when I got the game and one today. I appreciate support is probably busy though

Yes I wrote at media@cdprodjektred.com and collector_items@cdprodjekt.com and even post here but I got no answer :(. Its now one Week later and I am a little bit angry now :(. They could write an Email with a ticket number or something else as a confirmation . Please CD Projekt take care of your fans :(.

Keep in mind, that after the release of the game there are a LOT of issues that need their attention. CDPR are in touch with the publishers (that's the response i got from them). Rest assured, that they'll release something official, as soon as they can. This might take a little longe, as they are not the only party involved in thsi problem. I can understand your frustration, I feel the same about my statue...
Let's hope this gets resolved quickly, until then, we can only wait.
