Command to fix failed objectives

Would you be able to correct a failed objective in a mission? And I also wanted to add the quest to A Walk On the Waterfront in the diary, I found these commands but none work:

actor_mq3005_encounter_bandit_was_killed
actor_mq3005_noble_was_killed
mq3005_fdb_dialog_started
mq3005_fdb_escort
mq3005_fdb_noble_alive
mq3005_fdb_player_left
mq3005_finished

I wanted to fix some flawed objectives of some missions, I found their fact commands but I don't know in what order to use them.

Try to back back save, if you dont have a save file, i think you have to repair game files. Which platform do you have?
