What would make it eveeeeeeen better though is if you made the head 3 times bigger, shrunk the entire picture by 80%, and made the background translucent like other emoticons.

I just want to know when they'll communicate about REDkit, whether we'll get it or not. That brusque post on Twitter about MODkit kit really stung.

This whole little digression has been jolly good fun, and it has highlighted the unifying and rallying potentials of comedy; it has also been productive -- sort of -- but, it hasn't exactly advanced our discussion much. Unless, that is, we hope, by making more silly parodies of the REDs, we can lure them back for a conversation?

Really? I was ignored when I PM'd Keth about moderation...with all due respect to the mods here, some of which are my friends. But I PM'd away and was duly ignored by RED community managers. I don't pretend to be a saint around here, so in a way I can understand their reluctance to respond.

We really do need it. And that's why I'm here. But it seems they too busy with expansions right now and don't have enough time to release something better than (blasted) ModKit.
Childish for you, but for us it was a bit of fun and a tribute to the devs, who we like and wanted to show their funny and charismatic side.
At least you noticed it's nothing wrong, whether you like it or not.

@Golden_Phoenix; I'm fairly sure the use of their likenesses was cleared with the REDs beforehand, or at least its - quite safe to assume - never bothered them, it was all light & golden back then, there was even White Gull on tap !
