compatibility with windows 7

I have seen complaints about issues with windows 7 at first, I crashed to the desktop at least ten times so far. then I discovered that if I deleted previous saves on a regular basis, I havent crashed since...My hardware is as follows:Intel quad proc , Radeon 5870 graphics card,Sound blaster X-FI platinum Fatalitychampion series,8 gigs of ram.microsoft sidewinder keyboard and Razer Mamba mouse Psyko 5.1 headphones (they are amazing to hear actual 5.1 reproduction) I hope this will help those that are having problems with Windows 7.

Pretty good advice with the saves although i would suggest not deleting too many at least that way if you run into a glitch with a saved game or quest you could load an earlier save and retryBut what you really need to do first would be to update to the 1.5 patch first and then update and remove the Tages driver before proceeding with the saved games suggestion

I haven't had a problem with Windows 7 for this game but I have had some major compatibility issues with other games. I play another game called Avernum and it says it is Windows 7 compatible but it does the same crash when I have too many saves. It is very frustrating, I thought it was because I don't have a whole lot of RAM, but you have 8 gb so that looks like that is not the problem for me.______________________I keep my game up and mind sharp with purest colloids.

I agree with making sure you have the latest patch. I played it through again, but the uncenored version, which required you have the patch before getting the patch to uncensor it. I was running an Intel Core i7 920 ( since upgraded to 960 ), 6 Gb of ram and an ati HD5770 Card and it did fine. Not a single hiccup that I recall ( can't say that for Fallout:New Vegas though ).
