are witcher2.exe and launcher.exe added in the Windows Firewall as enabled to access the net?

in general, please DISABLE AND QUIT every other application that is running, those in the system tray, antivirus, mouse apps, updaters, EVERYTHING and then run the game

YES! Witcher2.exe and Launcher.exe are added in the Windows Firewall as enabled to access the net. I checked & both of them are enabled.
There's nothing running in background- no AV (disabled it), no mouse apps or updaters, nothing in system tray except clock & network adapter!
My windows update is latest & I update it regularly so all updates are installed! My version is Win7 Ultimate 64 Bit.
