Consequences and quest tie-ins are amazing!
Yeah I just wanted to write that I'm absolutely impressed with how many things are connected, you kill guy X and sometime later guy Y may call you on that and try to take revenge, you're nice to guy X and the Y may also be nice and not give you trouble when you wanna go somewhere. Best part, you don't know when the consequences will hit, it may happen in main quest, sidequest, or simply when exploring.
It's impressive to see consequences even between random peasants, I saw a woman scolding husband for trying to posion the dog, sometime later I visited the village and the dog was lying dead beneath the woman. Or you see a guy in need you help him, he thanks you ... and later on you stumble upon him again, was it a smart decision to help him? Or maybe it was better leaving him for dead?
And there's soooo many more, simply amazing, to have a game so filled with decisions that have consequences which you can check in some time or which can catch up to you, makes the world feel more believable. I'm afraid to think how many hours were put to details like that.
This game is a masterpiece beacause of that and many more things (e.g nice wound system that isn't only dismemberment).
