I'm having an issue with my game. I've spent over 50 hours in a NG+, and during the mission "Get Junior", when Whoreson Junior narrates the flashback with Ciri and the screen turns white, the game crashes. However, I managed to "fix" it by completing the mission using the console commands, but shortly after, during another mission with a flashback and a white screen, the game crashes again. I never had this issue during my first playthrough, and it's driving me crazy. I've tried switching to DX11, adjusting graphics settings, disabling overlays, etc., but nothing works.
