Constant perk reset

Hello, I started a new character with the latest version of the game and I have a weird bug : all my perks keep resetting randomly. Like, after some missions, or just when I launch the game, I go to the character menu and all my perks points have been refunded, and I have to distribute them again.

At first I thought it was "normal" to get a free perk reset after waking up in the landfill, but it's doing it completely randomly it seems.

Not normal at all
The "free" perk reset is only applied on characters (saves) created in 1.31 or earlier and loaded in 1.5+. Other than that, perk points shouldn't be reseted without player action.
If you don't use mods (or used in the past) and if it's not already done, you can send a report to the support for help. Honestly, I don't know why it could happen.
