Be happy it was just an aard. Imagine what an Igni would do while deep frying.

Potato and tomato soup with big chunks of beef, venison and pork sausage mixed in. But it's seasonal we only fix it after harvest season. To early in the year yet

If it wasn't Witcher related I would ask my girlfriend to cook really nice Asian dishes. I done what I could and sent my entry last night.

InfernalManiac has a point... Do we have to only do one dish or can we prepare a full menu? :p

You can of course prepare more, but probably only one will be considered as entry and judged :)

Might be too late but as an overall suggestion.

Rap some plastic foil around the camera (off course leaving the lens free) Hold it in place with a rubber band or two.
So if your fingers get sticky, you won't need to wash your hands every time before touching the camera.
Especially if the picture isn't what you wanted and need to re-arrange something.

I learned that the hard way after documenting the whole process of deboning poultry for a turducken last year.

Thanks for the advice :)
I'm actually (unbelievably) still working on mine. I've taken a few photos of the in-between stages but my food requires a lot of careful decorating, so I'm not expecting on be on the actual photography stage till tomorrow (i'm going to die)
