A bit about the picture:

Santa Claus is still a very active guy in 2077, even though he aged quite a lot. To help him deliver the presents he upgraded his sleigh. It is not the Cybertruck, but the Cybersleigh powered by robotic reindeer manufactured by Arasaka.
