Continuity breaking? (very minor spoilers?)
So I am sure I'm not the ONLY one who did this, right after I got the freedom to go anywhere after leaving White Orchard I more or less booked it to Novigrad, not to play mind you but just because I wanted to SEE this marvelous city, I even paid 100 crowns for a pass without a second thought, I certainly wasn't disappointed, but I realized when I loaded a save in Novigrad (some back alley thugs killed me) that the main story narrator had presumed I had pursued Ciri here and was coming to meet Triss Merigold... this well before I had been lead here by normal means.
While this was hardly a monumental game-breaking spoiler or anything it left me a little worried about how much this game was tested in a way to "break quests" by doing things out of order.
Obviously I don't want major spoilers as I'm still early in the game but I'm curious to know if anyone else has encountered any continuity breaking where the "open world" nature of the game lead you to uncovering some aspect of the main or side story before the story had lead you to it?
