What seems like randomly, after returning to hip fire after aiming down sight, the sensitivity will be stuck at the ADS sensitivity.
Note this is with a controller on PC:
To reproduce, turn all ADS sensitivity options (in the advanced control options, under controller first person settings) to 0. Keep non ADS sensitivity options at default. Spin in a circle while aiming in and out with a gun repeatedly. Eventually you will get stuck with the slow sensitivity (ads sensitivity) when you return to hipfire. If needed I could post a video, but it is really easy to reproduce.
