Controller support?

Bought the game for pc, load in, and find out there is absolutely no controller support?! Are you kidding me? Am I missing something here? Tried getting a remapping program, just made my character switch from looking straight up, to straight down. I absolutely HATE not using a controller for games like this. I cant be putzing around looking for keys on a keyboard or aiming with a mouse. Someone help

DirectInput (Dualshock, DualSense controller) is not supported natively. You can emulate a Playstation controller that uses Xinput with DS4windows.

[PC] Will Cyberpunk 2077 Have Native Support for the PS5-DualSense-Controller?

I just bought one of the new PS5 controllers but it doesn't seem to work in titles that have native DS4 support.
