Convoy icon on map legend?

What's the deal with the escort icon within the map legend? Looks to me there were plans for a GIG type where you disrupt convoys.
I can see this was cut dude to the missing traffic AI but I wonder if we'll get this in the update early next year. Anyway, thoughts?

I recall reading at some point during development that there would've been Arasaka convoys going around the city that you could then hijack and/or rob kinda like in GTA V or some of the Far Cry games.
I guess they left it out but didn't remove the map icon incase they add it back to the game later. If they do add it later, I'd guess it comes with a major patch or with a dlc.
