Corrupt source file during EE installation (NOT pack0.dzip)
I own a boxed copy of the PC version from ages ago and tried to update to the EE via the launcher. During patch installation problems started with the seemingly common pack0.dzip file corruption. I did what was suggested and replaced pack 1-3 with manually downloaded options. Installer got further before same error happens. In the end I've redownloaded everything manually, but now I've got new error messages claiming source file corruption for C:\Program Files(*86)\The Witcher 2\CookedPC\movies\1_rivia_mem.usm. If I choose to ignore it I get similar messages for lots of files after that, primarily .usm files.
I'm on Win 7 64-bit, I've tried disabling firewalls and antivirus software, reinstalled the game etc. etc. Keep getting same message. And I've got a cap of 50gigs, so I can't really try downloading the GOG backup version after everything I have already downloaded.
Anyone?...
