Corvo Bianco - Next to the entrance of the vine cellar, place for trophy, or statute?

So, there is an object next to the entrance of your wine cellar in Corvo Bianco - I can't place anything on it, (maybe sold it, I don't know). So I'm curious what can you place there? Maybe you can get a statue of Geralt, or if you didn't give those "rock balls" back to the quest giver you can place them there? If anyone knows

I was thinking that the item would appear towards the end of the DLC but sadly, no. It still says that I lack the item needed.

I watched a streamer put a miniature Reginald statue there.

Don't know if this is relevant, but the choice he made in the Granite Balls quest was to let the thief keep the... junk... for a bit longer, but then returned it to the questgiver.
