Could I delete the cross platform cloud save?

+
I've tried many methods to delete game saves so I can start a fresh game again, but I don't know how to delete cross-platform cloud saves from the server. Could you help me to delete all save file from the server include all cross-platform cloud saves?

You don't need to delete your cross plateform saves ;)
If you start a new game, as soon as you will create a new manual save, a quick save or an auto-save is created, these saves will automatically replace the older ones.

Exact steps will be slightly different between PC, console, Steam, GOG, etc. but the general idea would be:

1.) Disable cloud saves on whichever device/platform.
2.) Navigate to the saved game files for that device/patform.
3.) Delete whichever save files you want to get rid of.
4.) Re-enable cloud saving if desired.

I think OP talk about in-game CDPR cross-progression feature which as far as I know, don't allow players to delete saves (nor any kind of user management^^).

But because it's only the last manual/quick/auto saves (one of each) which are uploaded on CDPR Servers, as soon as you start a new playthrough, your saves should be replaced pretty quickly with the new ones. So no need to worry about deleting saves in the cloud anyway :)

Perhaps it's because of my obsessive-compulsive tendencies, but I still want to delete all the old cloud saves. CDPR doesn't provide any way to delete these four saves (there's also a "can't turn back" save).

Just start a new game, these saves will be overwritten pretty quick. Except the "point of no return" one, which will be overwritten after reaching the point of no return on your new playthrough. No need to worry about that at all ;)

I get what you're asking, but it's really tricky to do, and exactly what steps need to be taken will be different whether you're on Steam, GOG, Epic, Xbox, Game Pass, Playstation, Nintendo, etc. What @LeKill3rFou says is true -- you can freely start new games without worrying about the older cloud saves interfering.

I know I've done it for Steam games, but it's been a looong while since I tried it. Not even sure if it works the same way, anymore. It was a matter of disabling cloud saving altogether. Then, you have to find the local files on your computer that sync with the cloud. These are usually the save files that are in the AppData folders on PC. Those needed to be removed from the folder, then you had to go into the game an begin a new playthrough or load the local game you wanted to keep. Lastly, you have to re-enable cloud saving so that it syncs with the now re-built save folder, which will ask you if you want to restore or permanently delete the save files that were previously synched. Delete them, and the new sync will include only the new files.

As stated, that's a lot of hassle, no guarantee that it will work that way anymore, and (based on what I was just reading) you may actually need to request account action from the Support teams on whatever platform you're on. Protecting cloud saves from outside actions to avoid attacks and identity theft is kind of the whole idea of cloud security.

If what I've explained doesn't do it, you'll need to directly contact the platform you're on and ask how. If cross-platform saves were made, you may need to contact each platform in turn. (It's also possible that cross-platform saves may automatically restore cloud saves on the other platforms they're linked to. ) So...good luck with it!

This experience taught me how to clean up my Steam cloud saves. However, all four cross-platform saves are stored on CD Projekt Red's servers, and CDPR doesn't seem to offer a way to delete them. Furthermore, there doesn't seem to be an official support channel for general issues, only feedback for specific problems.

I really love Cyberpunk 2077, its world and various unique characters, especially Panem, Misty, Judy, and of course, everyone's favorite Keanu Reeves. I'm creating a save file set containing all my game progress until I can quickly get the platinum trophy on each platform. Cross-platform saves are still very useful, but I accidentally used a quick save, resulting in an extra useless save slot in my account. My OCD kicked in, so I started looking for a solution. If I can't find one, I'll have to give up. Thanks for everyone's help.
