Could they integrate a media stream of fan made content?

For example, a podcast which could come though on the radio stations? Images and ads, videos on TV.

The content would obviously have to be vetted to be safe to use and true to lore.. I can't see why they couldn't then stream that to the game and populate various in-game media with it. Copyright is a concern of course.

Could it be done?
