Couldn't play because "you are missing the following DLC required to open this save: Blood and Wine and Hearts of Stone"

So i just bout secondary blue ray disc of The Eitcher 3 GOTY Edition (reg 3), just installed and after i finished tutorial, after ciri slayed by masked guy, it stuck on loading screen. I force it off, and when i try to play again, it says:

"you are missing the following DLC required to open this save: Blood and Wine and Hearts of Stone"

Some says on this forum that i have to complete the tutorial in rhe main game, i did. But now i'm stuck here forever.

I did a few solution from other forum; restore licenses, repeated reinstall, but i'm still here.

What should i do?
Should i wait on the menu for this game finally copied and installed all the files and DLC ? (some guy said this, and i did this on other game; wait on the menu)

First, be sure both expansions are installed and recognized as installed on the main menu.
You can also try to clear the cache in case :

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have cleared my PS4 cache, and i rebuild my PS4 database, also as you mentioned, i already restoring my licenses. But i'm still stuck in the sampe place.

Other thing you might want to know is that in main menu, it says version 4.04, but while i check on the properties menu from playstation, i have version 4.06 installed. On the very first splash screen, it says "this edition include Blood and Winr and Hearts of Stone", but both greyed out.

Do you have any other solution ? Thank you

I guess you already checked, but be sure there is no update for the expansions (if they are not in the same version, the game won't recognize them).
I'm not very familiar with Playstation, but I assume on the game main menu, you can select both expansions if they don't appear as installed and if you click on them, the game should redirect you directly to the store on the expansion pages. And then check if they appear as installed or not in the store. If not, install them if possible.

I checked out, and there's no update. I couldn't manually click on the DLC button. When i go to store page manually through ps store, it says i need to buy it.

I am not entirely sure what you mean by „secondary“ in this particular case

This is most likely the problem. Where did you buy the base game?

The DLCs are associated with specific marketplaces (GOG, Steam, Epic, Microsoft, Sony, etc.), not just region.

So, on the Sony Playstation store, there would be a difference between buying the TW3 base game + HoS + B&W separately and purchasing the GOTY edition, including all 3 games. I would not be able to use the DLCs from the GOTY edition with the standalone TW3 base game.

Same goes with physical copies of the game. They need to come from the same "store page" or be included in the "same box" to work together. I cannot, for example, buy the digital edition of TW3, then use the DLCs that come with Complete Edition or GOTY Edition alongside that copy of TW3 -- I need to purchase the DLCs from the same digital platform using the same account.
