If you have enough money you can get custom made cyberware. So you "can" go as far as you can afford.
Day 289 of #countdowntothedarkfuture reveals seven models of full borg chasis! Will you be going with the basic but customizable IEC Alpha? Explore the sea in the Dynalar Aquarius? Or patrol the streets as a Militech Enforcer?

I really hope CDPR (and RTG in case of RED) will look at all Chromebooks and the FBCs in there. Throw them into a trash bin (where they belong) and look into GitS and its clones 
Still Alpha and Gemini are pretty cool designs, save the ridiculous armor. The rest is like Alpha with environmental package. But maybe it's ok. The Corps would make you believe you REALLY need a humanity wrecking specialized platform that shines in one, single situation and will make you commit a genocide-suicide for the rest of the day And all because they just sold some Enforcer platforms to Max-Tac, so they can use it on some poor moron firefighter soul in Brimstone...

Black Ops is about achieving a goal, to a large extent the method is irrelevant, and frequently on the shady side. The Devil has a goal, and uses whatever means necessary to achieve it. Sounds like a perfect handle for a Black Ops specialist to me.
