Crafted Cards Disappeared After Game Crash

On two occasions today, i crafted two gold cards (Imlerith: Sabbath and Phoenix). Both times, the game froze on a loading screen, and after having to alt+F4 or ctrl+alt+delete to exit the game and restart it, upon re-entering the game, the scraps were missing, but the cards were not crafted! I didn't have too many scraps to begin with so i really need to see a resolution to this.

Restarting the game (again) should normally fix this problem. If you still haven't gotten the cards back, please contact support. They can look into things further and possibly restore your account.
