Crafting clothing with mod slots

When crafting clothing is there a chance to craft something with mod slots? None of my specs show slots. I did notice that when crafting MODS I got a variety of qualities so am hoping clothing might do that but with mod slots.

The quality won't change, but yes it randomly will have not just mod slots but also mods too

Actually it is the only way to craft clothing mods sadly., the quality of the mods on the clothes is random, just like the weapon mods you can craft. In that case there should be either a way to craft the more clothing options or the clothing mods themself.

Anyone encounter issue with clothing mod that makes you immune ? For example: Shock, Burning, Bleeding, Poison.
