crash during end cinematic cutscene

When watching the last movie (or very near last, I don't know!) the game crashes to desktop. The movie where Dandelion is narrating, and I believe it's the bit starting with "It was a time of great uncertainty..." then it crashes just as its' about to transition to whatever plays next, credits I assume?

I'm running the Direct2drive version. win7 x64, gtx56Ti, 4gb ram.
Oh well, it was a great extended edition playthrough.

I to have crash issues tho, they are not tooo bad atm. The EE version is superb, and I thank the team for providing it. Maybe we will see a witcher 3 to resolve the issues brought up in the last cutscene (you know which one). In any event I am hoping for a patch soon sometime anyway, to fix the crash issues, other than that I am delighted with the witcher 2 Enhanced Edition, by far the best game out there in my opinion, and I was a big me3 fan too, but witcher 2 blows it away particularly the me3 ending. Anyways, once again thank you cd project red, for the free ee update as well.
