Crash Reason Exception_Access_Violation

Hello fellow Witchers,

for two days I've read nearly everything on the internet concerning crashes of Witcher Wild Hunt.
I deinstalled the game, the graphic card drivers (with all the tools recommended), altered nearly every option in the game, checked the game files before starting the game the last 5 times and it still crashes. Plugged out my second monitor (I use it for work), still crashes.
Sometimes at opening the menu, picking up loot, attacking enemies, using the witcher sense, on cutscenes.
I've also tried installing an old NVidia driver which some say, after installing the old version it worked. Not for me.

The first crash was after starting the griffon quest in white orchard. Before that I played about 7 hours (did all the side quests etc)
Yesterday I thought I had it done, cause I could play for just about 4 hours. But today it started all over.

It is always the reading location in the crashinfo. The numbers in the end change sometimes
I think, I have to lay Gerald to rest. It was a fun game, but now it becomes frustrating. If anyone has any idea why this is still happening, please help me.

I'm not an expert, but at first make sure to try all of these steps if it's not already done, and after send a report to the support for help ("Contact Us" button).
I think you also can try (if it's not already done) :
- Launch directly the game from the .exe (as administrator).
- Verify the permission of game folders/files.
- Disable temporarily Windows defender or/and antivirus.
 
Thank you for your help. I did all those steps more than 2 times, but somehow while reading your answer I got an idea.
I deplugged from my NVidia and plugged into my AMD Radeon RX Vega 11 (it's part of my Ryzen APU). And it worked. Played for 4 hours without a crash.
So it's definitly a problem with NVidia.
Maybe I will play the Witcher not the way it's meant to be played. But I can enjoy the game on a good graphic level.

Not OP, but I have the same issue. small followup question on this: do you happen to know what's the average response time for support? I have opened a ticket 5 days ago and I got nothing back, not even an auto reply..

Honestly I don't know :(
It could depend to the problem itself, if it's a known problem, the infos provided... One thing is sure, there is no "auto-answer", you'll receive an answer by someone from the support.
