Crash when start (Not Admin problem)

I can start the witcher normally before update to Enhanced version.After update to 1.4 (no error when installing),I start the game and it crashed iimmediately.I have try to update runtime,graphic card driver,VS 2010 C++,directx.All useless.With my errlog. Help !

I've checked the MD5sum code, they're no problem.BTW,is there two of below package needed to download?TWEE_adventure_The_Price_of_Neutrality.exe TWEE_adventure_Side_Effects.exe
