Crashes after clicking play on the launcher

So for some reason, my game keeps crashing after I hit play on the launcher. I've tried everything that CD has listed to fix the issue but nothing has worked. It won't even make an error log or give me a reason why it does this. The Task manager says it working for 3 secs then crashes.

And your PC meets the minimum requirements?

Did you disable gog/steam overlay?

I have the same problem. The game immediately crashes after I click "play" in the launcher.
My PC meets the minimum requirements, I have already played 301 hours.
I play through steam and I have disabled the steam overlay.
