Crashing in Witcher 3, help please

Hello, I am using sapphire radeon r9 270x dual-x graphics and I have weird problem, I get crash saying that my display driver stoped working:

Now the problem is that after I get error like in the picture it recovers after few seconds, I can tab out of game with no problem and everything works,but when I tab back in,whell it all works exept for graphics (i hear sound,i can move (i hear movement),but i get nothing on display).

Also worth saying I am using Catalyst 15.2 that they recommended for Witcher 3 ,and that my gpu is slightly overclocked but It is running cool.
Can somebody help me with this problem? Thank you

I get the same thing but on a GTX 980? Not overclocked, still factory OCed though.

I noticed more and more crashes around the half way point in the game? Crashes anywhere after that point.

Btw if you still get crashes try lowering the factory overclock via AMD overdrive in the driver control center,,even factory overclocked card can't guarantee stability,something I learned with my factory overclocked gtx7800 many years ago,I kept wondering why was it always crashing,fix was reducing clock speed by 10mhz and it became rock stable.

Also, make sure your "computer" updated. I had a lot of crushes because I did not update my Windows updates about two weeks. I was surprised that my automatic window updates was turned off. Now, not once I experience crush after that. *Knock on woods.

It is Fixed. Not 100% sure if it was new version of windows 10 that was out yesterday,or it was 15.7 diver I installed,but now it works just fine. Thank you
