Creating a new Witcher-Installdisc with EE 1.4 and patch 1.5

Hi,I still have the old installation-dvd of 2007. Instead of installing this, then updating 3 hours to Witcher EE 1.4 and installing patch 1.5 afterwards I would like to create an new install-disc with EE 1.4 and 1.5. Like creating a slipstream-DVD from a Windows XP Installation Disc and a Service Pack.Is this possible? Anyone did before? There's even a manual how to do?
