Cross progression cloud save files issue

So recently I have been facing a problem with the cross progression save files. Mainly I play on my ps5 when I tried only once to play on my windows 11 laptop and was finishing a phantom liberty ending all of a sudden the save file seemed to give a corruption so i stopped playing on that specific save file, later on when I tried going back to my ps5 and tried playing an ending on a different save file (it isn't a new one it was there way before as well) somehow the corruption followed and here's how the bug works when I finish the ending and then finish the end credits scene (not even the music appear anymore) the game doesn't give me the "congratulations choom" screen option no instead it instantly rolls back to the main menu and that save file now is stuck on replaying the ending over and over again without the game ever trying to progress after it. I have tried to maybe fix my issue through the official technical support page but I couldn't find no support chat team or anything related just articles that can't help me, so if you can help me with this please do and reach out help me in any type of way I really dont want to lose my 100s of hours gameplay just because of this bug.

Ohhh I am so sorry for any disturbance or anything i played the standard game (not phantom liberty) and ended it multiple times that I was used to that after the end credits the game gives the option one more gig to play the open world I thought it was a bug that followed through but it isn't the game is just designed like that. I am truly sorry I probably should've looked into it more before posting a thread. Thanks for helping and making me realise that it isn't no bug. And no i didn't use any mods on my pc that time.

And no i didn't use any mods on my pc that time.

Ok, I simply asked because if you did, loading a modded save on PS5 most often cause issue, if it doesn't crash right away.

Cross-progression save suddenly missing on Switch 2 — was working fine before (same CDPR account)

Hi everyone,

I'm having a cross-progression issue with Cyberpunk 2077 and I'm hoping someone here has run into the same thing or can point me in the right direction.

My setup:

• I own the game on Steam (PC) and Nintendo Switch 2.
• Both platforms are logged into the same CDPR account.
• Cross-progression was working fine until recently — I could load my Steam save on Switch 2 without any problems.

The problem:

• My Steam save is no longer showing up on Switch 2.
• It was working normally before, so this isn't an account-linking issue.
• Nothing obvious changed on my end — I didn't delete anything or start a new game.

What I've tried so far:

• Confirmed both platforms are using the same CDPR account.
• Checked that the game is updated on both platforms.
• Restarted the game on both sides.

My PC version also has the Phantom Liberty DLC.
