cross progression dont work..

can someone help me, played CP before on win pc (steam) 2021-2022. Now i wanted to try it on my MacBook (m4 Pro), same steam account. When i go on load game there are no saved game files... iam even logged in with my CD account, and CD account is also linked to my steam account. Yes cross save is enabled in game too.
Tried to manually download saved files from the steam cloud and insert into my steam CP saved folder (Mac). But in game it says game files are corrupted.

How to I still play my and access my saved games??

I'm sharing something that worked for me.

I installed the game on my office computer, and the error persisted. However, I tried something I did last night on my gaming computer, which didn't work: going directly to the game folder and launching REDLauncher as administrator, which, at least in my case, is called REDprelauncher.

When I launched it as administrator and entered the game, both my claimed rewards and cloud saves appeared.

Now, at least, I was able to access the game, save my progress so a manual save file could be generated, and email it to myself so I could play at home.

Nevertheless, I'll try running it as administrator again at home to see if the problem lies there or if it's just a random bug they need to fix.

UPDATE: Yeah I think the issue is fixed, I was able to log into my CDPR account in Cyberpunk and the in-game rewards were there and I was able to switch my Xbox saves to my PC saves, So I was finally able to do my cross-progression.
