Hi, I have this problem since yesterday, i am struggling with this today too, i wanted to use cross save to transfer my save from pc(platform - gog) to ps5(disc version) i did these steps in this https://support.cdprojektred.com/en...nical/issue/2389/how-to-use-cross-progression and saves from pc uploaded to cloud are not showing at ps5, both versions are up to date(4.04). Im considering to buy a digital version of the game at ps store, but it would fix this? Is it possible to fix this and is it possible to find button ''CONTACT US'' like here https://support.cdprojektred.com/en...cal/issue/1715/i-am-unable-to-save-the-game-1 ?
- The save you want to "transfert" on PS5 is the very last created on both platforms?
- Does the save on your PC have the little cloud icon on it which appear checked?
- Not sure it matter, but both games are the same? (Normal or Complete edition)
- You're not in one of these countries which have regional restrictions on consoles?

In any case, I recommend to directly contact the support (before buying a new copy of the game).

3. Both are the same( pc - platform gog, ps5 disc version complete edition) but when i was collecting my rewards on ps5 cd projekt red launcher was detecting witcher 3 as goty edition
4. Im not in none of these countries
Thank You for your reply but today i opened the game on console and my saves from pc appeared so for now its done, i dont know what happened but everything seems working fine right now
