Cross Save Issue

Hello, am having issues with cross save from Xbox to PS5. I made sure the cross save was on through game settings and figured I was good. I have an account on your website but have not been able to login as it keeps giving me an error like this...

Access Denied.

Please sign in using the CD PROJEKT RED Account associated with your copy of Cyberpunk 2077.

Although I have zero trouble being able to login for the forums. I sure hope my saved game is with you guys cause I have now sold my Xbox and wanting to continue on Playstation. Need your help.

A possible restriction for console to console transfer is mentioned here:
