Crows Feet Quartermaster not selling DLC

I have installed the Nilfgaardian armour set DLC, but the merchant at Crows Perch doesn't have it in his stock list. Is there something I'm doing wrong, or is this a bug? I have reset the game, re download the DLC, but it just won't show.

The quartermaster at Crows Perch should sell it, not the normal merchant.

Ok. So I restored my licenses through the PS4 menu, and now the DLC is available.

Just posting the fix incase someone is looking for a fix to this.

They give us shit performance and tons of quest bugs AND NOW even dlc that dosent work I mean WTF ? is it a playstation thing only ?

get your fucking act together CDPR.. this is pissing me off.
