CTD - Steam Version

Hi, i bought the game (on steam) the time it got released, and up until now i get the same CTD with the ingame sound. Even after the patches and driver download, the same bug happens. After maybe 5 minutes or so, the game minimize to desktop and the ingame sound still plays. I can click on the game icon but nothing happens. I have to get through the task manager to close the application.
With this bug, I wasn't able to play pass the tutorial. I tried many fixes, such as lowering all graphics, downloading GTA V drivers for Nvidia. none worked.
Im a bit out of idea now. I wanted to point out the issue too.
Hope you guys can fix this soon, as i belive my computer isnt the problem.

I have :
8Go ram
Intel core i5-3570K @ 3.40 GHz
windows 7 64 bits
GTX 660 TI

Part 2 then,
1- the game minimize after 5 minutes or so of gameplay. Usualy during tutorial when its get to its end (near the cinematic or when vezemir ask to throw a bomb on the dummy).

2- Playing on PC
3- The issue always happens near the end of the tutorial or about 5 minutes of gameplay. Also during fights. In fact, it happens randomly. Tried to add a video of it, but im too noobish to figure how it works... Might try it later.

edit : Tried some tweaks to get it working properly. Seems that putting the game to fullscreen made me go over the tutorial but still crashed during the cutscene right after the tutorial.
