I found how Yennefer (10 Strength) card works (http://imgur.com/qXMJbOm).

Passive: Increases its Strength by +5, whenever a Hero Card is played. Except this card. Not sure if she is getting buffed from allied heroes as well.

Here: http://imgur.com/bWIMVF2 you can see her being 15 Strength, with Avallac'h card on the table.

That's one powerful card maybe a bit too powerful. Assuming she can also be buffed from allied heroes she is worth anywhere from 10 to 45 points and because she is a hero you can't scorch her.

Depends if the card gets buffed no matter what or only when it's placed before other Heroes.

Nice find!
I don't think these are a realiable source of card information however (Priestess of Freya is 2 STR when it's 0 STR right now. || Dandelion is 2 STR when he's only 1 STR atm)

Although it does show their intentions so we can expect the Berserker / Mushrooms to make a come back.
Kambi being 3 STR is better than before BUT now it's a HERO! That's probably gonna mean less play than he used to get, Since being a Hero is a competitive business.

Kambi might be strong, he is going to be connected to Hemdall no matter what. As a Hero Unit his ability has to compensate for 3 STR, otherwise as you said he'll be too weak compared to other Heroes.

Buff from the transformation is most likely gonna be smaller, since Spores also give +4 Strength now.

Would expect it to be a Hero. I also found 10 Strength Melee Character Card with the Ability Icon that looks like Queensguard one. Could be wrong - the image is small and blurred. I'd say it's a Scoia'Tael card.

I really like the new direction they're going for .. I hope we don't have many of the flat 15 power cards Geralt and one for each faction is more than enough
