Maybe, I say maybe, because CDPR support the game, do their best to fix and improve it since more 3 years, depsite of the terrible release, despiste of the pretty bad state of the game at release, despite of criticism, while most of studio would simply have given up and moved on to the next game...
----
On side note, I hope you don't use mods to be sure to not point out bugs due to mods... But according to your last screenshot and V's sleeves, I assume yes you do :sneaky:

Oh I see, "you know", kinda "modder sense", you uninstalled the mod to be sure...
I remember someone reporting a bug > most trees in the badlands floated a few meters above the ground. And well, it turned out that it was due to a mod which simply modify weather (or the sky/clouds, not sure, but I could find the thread easily if you want).
I can quote many bugs all around the forum which were due to mods, bugs which affect totally unrelated things than the mod purpose, bugs which still persist on save files (so no matter if you disable/uninstall the mods or even clean-install the game, the bugs is still there or still occure).

But if you know, you know

Edit : I'm also a bit surprise that it doesn't seem pertient to you to specify that you use mods in your OP. It seem to be a pretty important detail to me, at least :D

It was most likely an LOD mod. You can find the thread for us.

I just admitted to my previous reply that I use mods. Anyone that cares enough to reply will receive an honest answer from me. Whatever an "honest answer" means to you from a stranger, I don't know and I don't care. I'm just defending what I'm posting and will humbly fix my faults.

The "culprit" was "Alternative Weather Visuals" mod
Just another to point out that removing/uninstalling/clean-install the game doesn't mean it's not caused by mod.
And well, you can find similar threads all around the forum.
Don't get me wrong, I don't say bugs are always due to mods, but when you use or used mods, unless you're a dev or a modder who can dig into the game code, you can't be sure if it's a "real game bug" or a "mod related bug".

You're making the assumption that I'm someone who won't bisect mods to make sure it's a mod problem like the people in the many bug reporting threads you've viewed.
Just another to point out that removing/uninstalling/clean-install the game doesn't mean it's not caused by mod.
Except that a thorough reinstallation does negate the effects of mods.

Developers themselves from the Cyberpunk 2077 Modding Community corrected me on what some bugs are mod related and what aren't. Should I not trust them unless they work for CDPR?

I'm just trying to understand your point here.

Because the game still has some glitches/bug, which may or may not be caused by mods(by the way mod interactions can cause a bug that one mod alone wouldn't)..... That CDPR deserve no credit or praise for the work they've done the past 3 years, all the improvements they've made, all the FREE DLC they've added and then finally the big paid expansion? None of that counts because some relatively minor bugs still remain?

Edit: Cause it feels that way and, honestly I just feel like I'm missing something, because the game has gotten 3 plus years of support which is insane for a non-multiplayer non-Live service game, and its a massive improvement over what the game once was. Plus plenty of games don't get the support of devs after launch a lot of "Broken" game stay broken, so it seems worth pointing out when Devs try to make good on their word. But that's just my take.

Played the game for 850ish hours and didn't come across any bugs that were show stopping. On my 5th play through I installed 173 mods and bugs galore where I would have to restart many times and play with settings.

So yeah, mods are a big deal and should be looked at before calling foul.

Switched to Linux recently and restarted my 5th play through no mods and its all good.
