Currently whats the best mod in order to higher the difficulty ? (MINOR SPOILERS)

I'm playing on DM, 32hours in, lvl 15 but i want to level up a bit slower. There are some mods on nexus mod which allow you change the xp multiplier but i do not know how to use them...What's the best method to make the game harder by lowering the speed of your leveling. Right now im at the troll that guards the vault room which i have to find out who had broken in and im overleved for the quest..it says lvl 12 and i am 15...Solutions, pls...

In the beginning it only takes 500xp to level up (if I remember correctly). Later on it'll jump up to 200xp, so naturally you'll start to level up much slower. You only get significant xp from contracts and story quests, so don't worry too much about outleveling opponents. I just barely made it to level 31 to make use of the Mastercrafted Witcher armor by the end of the game, and I completed all of the side quests and "?" on the map of White Orchard, Velen, Novigrad, and most of Skellige. You're going to run into level 4 drowners everywhere and they're going to be easy - not much you can do about it for now.

I used a great witcher 2 mod that nerfed gear stats and the skill trees, but it also added useful stats to some otherwise useless armors, Waiting for something like that for witcher 3, as it made the game stay hard throughout the game rather than making it easier and easier!
