Custom Stuff in REDKit

Hello everyone! I was just wondering, do you guys think it will be possible to create custom signs, skill trees and stuff like that in the upcoming toolkit for the Witcher 2, REDKit?

No clue.

I would personally want to change the Heliotrope into a regular "quen sign" for magic and rework the adrenaline unlocked "sign" with a new description, some type of "slow time" spell that Triss thought him but that requires a lot of Geralt to use.

The toolkit should allow you to make changes to the stats, but the actual tree you see in game is a flash file; so, if the toolkit comes with a flash editor, yes. If not, you will have to get a separate flash editor.

Flash was able to add the Heliotrop sign in his Full Combat Rebalance mod for TW1, and he extensively altered the skill tree, too. If he could do that with the toolkit for TW1, the chances are excellent that it will be possible for TW2, too, though of course there are no guarantees until we SEE it.

The Witcher Wiki has a page that talks about how to extract the game files. From there, you paw through the files until you find the stuff you want to edit.

That's good to know. It will probably be like the TW1 toolkit.
