i found this video

it shows "evidence" of cut content or unifinished or maybe are these parts of the map waiting for the expansions?

not bashing or ranting, it's just that i found some of these parts in the game, or similar and i'm curius

will there be new updates that adds something in these places or are they meant to be in this current state?

Ha i just saw that! especially when the physical map has extra stuff that the game map doesn't i found that very interesting.

Probably both cut content and staging ground for expansions, if TW3 is any indicator (Devil's Pit for cut content, area northeast of Novigrad as a placeholder for expansion).
