ive encountered a bug when i was doing one of the NCPD gigs in Watson if i remember right and i died having the second heart implant and everything was still okay like i can still kill the perps and get in a car but for some reason i cant open anything else like i cant open my map i cant even open the pause menu. i have mods installed but i dont have any implants mods installed

If I have to guess, there are good chances it's due to a mod (do not matter if they are related to cyberwares or not). Unfortunately, it should be difficult to figure out which one(s) cause the issue
Maybe check on the page of the mods you're using to check if someone else encountered the same or a similar issue.
Yeah, especially when you fight with maxtac, melissa kills you with damage over time. Peripheral Inverse is good for that. Throw a chitin or heal for kill for good measure bu second heart doesnt worth for my experiance.
