I know there's existing threads on this topic, but I haven't seen any with the exact issue I'm experiencing.
I killed the guy ready to toss the car before he could throw it, then the cyberpsycho with the exosuit. The problem is, Mr. Carchucker disappeared before I could loot the shard. Mr. Ripply also didn't die completely, and just stands there. I killed both of them with melee attacks, and I'm playing on PC. The rest of the game has been good.
I've tried restarting the game, and to no avail. If I roll it back to a previous save, I'll lose a lot of progress.
