I hope this is the right spot to report this, but this is still broken. The additional merc that is supposed to spawn to get a shard from, is not spawning. He is no where in the area, no matter how many times I reload a save point. I recently got the 1.1 patch installed and while it was not listed, I had hoped that it might have adjusted some code to fix it, but it has not. I just wanted to get this in as a recent report, so maybe by 1.2, there can be a permanent fix.
