As others have posted we have discussed this topic before . An other person posted the demos for TW3 , those missions were never in the game . I guess the devs might have wanted name recognition so put in the Maelstrom gang. If this mission is in the final game an other gang might take the spot.
Even so, our character and companion SHOULD NOT be wiping out one of Night Cities most dangerous street gangs wholesale. And certainly not early in their career (i.e. near the start of the game). If these gangs are so weak then the cops, corrupt as they are, should have eradicated them long ago.
This is exactly the sort of thing that makes CP2077 shift from science fiction to science fantasy. You're no longer in a dark dangerous world where you're at the mercy of the powers that be but a superhuman able to shift the balance of power at will.
Very few of the fights in TW3 involved more then half a dozen opponents, and even that many was a challenge. We REALLY don't need, or want, the modern shooter "one vs an army" crap.

I do agree with you but i will make two points. The narrator said they would show off high level stuff so V wasn`t weak and the demo would not have much fun to watch if V and Jackie were getting their butts handed to them.

I give most dangerous to the Blood Razors, who are the scary standard, Bozos for pure nuts and Brainiacs for most likely to run your life in every way, despite those bodyguards and fancy armour you done bought. Wild Things are up there with Voodoo Boys and Slaughterhouse and Maelstrom for...also really scary?

This whole poser gang thing seems way too outlandish to me. They really gonna have cowboys and women modified to look like Hollywood starlets as street gangs?
