I have already tried all of the suggested solutions from Red CD Projekt, but none of the suggestions correct my errors.
I disabled the overlay, uninstalled and reinstalled detailed graphics card drivers, and a lot more.
I have already described my crashes in detail to the support team but I don't get an answer

Nvidia Geforce RTX 3090
Driver software 461.40 (current)
AMD Ryzen 7 5800x
32 GB Ram 3200 MHz
