I'll add that I deleted the entire contents of the folder
steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64
and verified the files.

The problem occurs in the first act of the Heist mission. The moment right after killing Saburo Arasaka, when I hide behind the panel, the scene ends and I get the option to get out. At that moment, the screen goes black. It is clearly the game's fault!!
