I'm having similar problem on series X. Game keeps crashing if I play on ray-tracing mode even though I can play it on performance mode
After a bit of experience, I shut down DLSS, and all Ray Tracing and Path Tracing. Keep the other tech at the max it can be. Still looks good, and more stable.
